Ft. and The column should be made from ‘53 grade’ White Portland Cement manufactured by ‘JK Cement’ or \"Birla white\", White Quartz fine graded sieved Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fibre manufactured by \"NEG Japan, Owen Corning ‘Saint Gobain’ or equivalent, Super Plasticizers manufactured by ‘Karochem’,BASF, or equivalent, Polymers manufactured by ‘Nova Polychem’,BASF, or equivalent and U.V resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufactured by ‘Phenochem industries, Bayferrox, or equivalent. The materials casting shall take place in FRP mould or Equivalent. The GRC flexural strength average L.O.P should be above or equivalent to 6 N/mm2 & M.O.R should be above or equivalent to 12 N/mm2 for tests done on 28 days cured samples. The fixing of Column should be done using ‘Dry fixing’ method onto structural support members i.e. R.C.C, Brick work, MS Framework. SS / MS Galvanized CLAMPS & PINS also if required fasteners to be used of Wurth, Hilti & Fischer or equivalent.. Vendor shall submit shop drawings of same, the drawings to be duly approved from Engineer in charge at site. Note – The column set shall include Capitol and Base in accordance to the size and length of the column APPROVED MAKE- Birla White, Unistone, Sanderson, Apgrc or equivalent. |

| 4 | Providing and fixing Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) ornamental Arch casted with \"Spray Mix\" concrete designof size 6300 x 7200 (plus/minus 500 mm) as per approved, pattern, thickness (Border 40-50mm thick & Wall Thickness 15-20mm thick) and shade. The Panels should be made from ‘53 grade’ White Portland Cement manufactured by ‘JK Cement’ or \"Birla white\", White Quartz fine graded sieve Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber manufactured by \"NEG Japan, Owen Corning ‘Saint Gobain’ or equivalent, Super Plasticizers manufactured by ‘Karochem’,BASF, or equivalent, Polymers manufactured by ‘Nova Polychem’ ,BASF,or equivalent and U.V resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufactured by ‘Phenochem industries ,Bayferrox,or equivalent. The fixtures, fasteners and self- tapping screws to be used for dry fixing should be of HP/HILTI/KLIMAS/Fischer/Wurth/MUNGO. The quantity of fasteners or self-tapping screws shall be calculated in accordance to the weight of Panels and actual site fixing conditions. If there will be a requirement of Joint filling, then Elastomeric exterior grade paintable PU Sealant will be used. For final finishing of Panel one weather shield exterior grade water based diluted paint coat will be done if required. Vendors shall submit shop drawings of the same, the drawings to be duly approved by the Engineer in charge at site. APPROVED MAKE- Birla White, Unistone, Sanderson,Apgrc or equivalent. |

| 6 | Providing and fixing Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) Corbel with Projection of 500 mm , Height of 250 mm and Face of 100 mm in approved design, pattern and colour. The GRC corbel should be made from ‘53 grade’ Cement manufactured by ‘JK Cement’ or equivalent, Quartz, Fine Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber manufactured by ‘N.E.G. JAPAN’ or equivalent, Super Plasticizers manufactured by ‘BASF’ or equivalent, Polymers manufactured by ‘BASF’ or equivalent and U.V resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufactured by ‘BAYFERROX (Germany)’ or equivalent. The material casting should take place in FRP Mould or equivalent. The fixing of corbel should be ‘Dry fixing’ as per the drawings approved by engineer in charge.
