Note : Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required ) mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shallbe applied and finished even. The mixof cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered.
