Annual Maintenance & Checking of Honeywell make microprocessor based analogue/ digital addressable type fire alarm system having software. The job include checking of panel, checking of all loops of fire sensors, programming of computer if required, cleaning of fire sensors, repairing of hooters, manual I call stations and wiring etc., checking. connections/ reconnections if required. The job includes testing of panel including checking of batteries its terminals. In addition to this it also includes getting the system tested. The detail of fire sensing to be maintained as under:-Control relay Module LED illuminated Exit Sign Board Complete wiring in conduit etc.

Power Supply Card compatible to existing system.

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of batteries of the following capacities after dismantling the old/ defective batteries from the site. The job includes the cost of material & any other petty items as required at site to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work. The battery should be of Exide/ Amaron/ Panasonic make only.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Optical Type Smoke Sensor. The smoke sensor should be matchable with the existing system of make Honeywell (MORLEY)/ Edwards. The job includes all labour & petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
