The price quoted (COA) shall be inclusive of:a) Cost for collection of samples, transportation cost of sample, sample preparation, method validation, undertake testing as per GoI Guidelines, sample analysis, preparation and submission of reports, manpower cost, travel related expenses, and other local costs incidental to testing of samples;b) Any other logistics like equipment or any sampling kit etc.; c) issue of Certificate of Analysis (CoA)d) all duties, taxes, fee etc. that may be levied in accordance with the laws and regulations in forcee) Price quoted by the Bidder shall be fixed during the Bidder\"s performance of the Contract and not subject to variation on any account. A Bid submitted with an adjustable price quotation will be treated as non-responsive and will be rejected.
