| 2 | Annual Maintenance Contract for Operation & Maintenance of fire hydrant (wet riser) and fire alarm system installed at main campus so as to keep the complete system operational including round the clock operation of fire hydrant (wet riser) pumps daily working in three shifts including all Sundays and holidays. The operator present in the shift will carry outday to day operational checks on fire pumps and will always maintain required water pressure in the fire hydrant system. In case of fire, pump operator will operate fire pumps on need basis to make the water available to security staff for firefighting purpose. All break downs occurring in fire hydrant and fire alarm systems to be attended by the contractor to make thesystem functional including execution of all preventive/scheduled maintenance, fault rectification work andwatch and ward of complete system at main campus. The fire hydrant and fire alarm system under annual maintenance contract is comprising of the followingequipments/appliances/accessories of institute: The maintenance charges as below for one year including consumables such grease, gland dori, packing fuses and cleaning material such as old dhoti, brushes etc for both capmus are also included. |
