| 1 | Making soil investigation, and Consultancy services for this project as per scope of work as mention below:-Soil investigation :- Soil investigation as per latest BIS codes, drilling 03 or more numbers of bore hole as per site requirement including conducting SPT, sample collection at 1.5 Mtr interval in hilly terrain and every change of strata along with undisturbed sample collection at 1.5mtr, 3.0mtr, 4.5mtr, 6.0mtr upto 15Mtrs and so on at interval of every 1.5 Mtr and on change of strata and carrying out other related tests for carrying out safe bearing capacity of soil including, mobilization and demobilization of tools, machinery and man power including marking of bore hole location on ground as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Preparation and submission of hard copies and soft copy in Pdf format of the final report of all the test / field investigation/ laboratory test carried as detailed in specification inclusive of bore loads and recommendation of the parameter found out from the tests including safe bearing capacity for various foundation sizes and at various depth such as 1.5mtr, 2.0mtr, 3.0mtr, 4.5mtr, 6.0mtr upto 15 Mtrs.Consultancy services :- Consultancy services for Detailed Architectural and Engineering design, and detailing for RCC framed structure, structural Analysis, preparation of architectural, structural and working drawings, detailed estimate, preparation of BOQ and providing engineering consultancy service forConstruction of Coy Office, kote and Store building. Preparing and submitting all Architectural drawings (Plan, Elevations, side elevations, sectional elevations), Structural Drawings, Working Drawings (Foundation Design & Details, Plumbing Details, Electrical Details, Sanitation details, Sewerage & Development works design etc.) and detailed estimate/ BOQ based on the CPWD DSR-2021 and Market Rate as applicable including market surveying etc if required. Consultant/Firm will also submit 3D View Drawings of all the Building etc. Minimum 04 sets of all finally approved drawings and two set of soft copies in pen drive of the same will be furnished by the Consultant free of cost. However, in case additional sets of drawings in hard copy are essentially required by the Employer/Client, the same shall also be provided free of cost and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. Consultants will Prepare DPR, The services of the consultant shall be available during execution phase also. All necessary modification/corrections shall have to be carried out by the consultant as and when the need arise by the Department. The Consultant shall be associated till completion of the project. The structural design shall be carried out in terms of latest editions and up-to-date correction/amendment/errata of BIS Codes (Bureau of Indian Standards), other relevant seismic/other codes for making Building Earthquake Resistant, sound engineering practices and as desired by the client/ Employer. Firm / Consultant will Responsible for all Designs and all Structural Drawings have to vetted by Any Indian Institute of Technology (IITs)/National Institute of Technology (NIT) or any Govt agency. Contractor is responsible to pay all fee to IIT/NIT or any govt. institute for vetting of structure drawings and no additional payment will make to contractor for this. The consultant will liaise and co-ordinate with such Institute approved by Engineer-in-Charge as and when required and as per the direction of Engineer–in-charge. Preparation of building/structure wise detailed structural ‘Good for Construction’ drawings and minimum eight set of hard copy at suitable scale. Submission of all design calculations in hard and soft copies as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
