Conducting Survey Using Total Station Equipment Or Other Self Recording Digital Survey Equipments Only And The Bench Mark Adopted For All The Survey Works Should Be Gts Bench Mark. If Such Bench Marks Are Not Available Nearby With In A Radius Of 2Km The Bench Mark Shall Be Established Using Differential Gps By Means Of Hand Held Gps. Temporary Bench Mark Shall Be Established At Prominent Places And List Of Such Bench Marks Shall Be Submitted. The Work Includes Conducting Reconnaissance And Detailed Survey Project Site Taking L/S, C/S Of River/Stream/Halla At 10 Metre Intervals Both Are Upstream And Downstream Side Of The Site For A Distance Of 300 Metre Index Map Showing The Location Of Project Site And Indicating The Project Site On Toposheet Showing The Catchment Area Preparation Of Plan, Sectional Elevational Drawings Of All The Components As Per Detailed Designs Computations Based On Trial Trial Pit/Trial Bore Details. (Including Ascertaining Sbc Of Soil At Prominent Locations) Preparation Of Estimate As Per The Directions Of Site Engineer. Supplying Required Numbers (About 15 To 20 Copies) Dprs For Placing Before Tac And Attending To The Observations Of Tac/Tsc Till It Accords Clearance To The Project And Supplying The Finalized Dpr In Required Numbers (About 6 Hard Copies And Soft Copy Of Report, Estimate, Drawings, Design Etc Which Included In Dpr) To Accord Administrative Approval And Technical Sanction Etc., Complete As Per The Directions Of Engineer-In-Charge. The Work Also Includes Site Clearance With Removing Jungle Etc., And Conduction Soil Investigations, For Sbc As Per Current Standard Practice In Confirmation To Be Is/Bis Specifications At The Location Of The Check Dam And Obtaining Relavent Hydrological Details Of The Nala Procuring Records Like Tippani Copy, Village Revenue Map, Toposheets, Etc., If Necessay From Concerned Departments. The Work Also Includes Preparing And Submission Of Detailed Design As Per The Latest Guidelines And Norms To The Sanctioning Authority, Attending The Observations Made By The Concerned Authority Till The Final Approval Is Obtained. After The Final Approval Is Obtained Fifteen Copies Of The Dpr Comprising All Drawings And Data Both In Hard And Soft Copies Are To Be Submitted As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge. Also Necessary Technical Guidance To The Section Officer While Marking And Until Work Is Under Progress Etc. And As Per Directions Of Engineer Incharge Of The Work.
