| 2 | OD209334/2022-2023:Round ofclock Operation of A/C plant,125 KVA DG set, and Electrical installations, all the control panels including APFC panel etc., in Govt.Guest House, Thycaudu, Thiruvananthapuram including rectifying minor defects which are noticed in the A/C system, DG set, Electrical installation etc. and maintain all the installations in good working condition at all time.This contract will not include supply of any components or spares. But the contractor is liable to engage his laboures for replacement of any spares/components supplied by the department. The contractor shall engage at least one number qualified A/C Mechanic(ITI Certificate holder in Refrigeration and AC Mechanic) everyday,, from 10a,m to 5p.m. and as and when called for in other times at the time of complaint and one number Generator Operator/Electrician(ITI Certificate holder in the Trade of Electrician) and one number Wire man Helper(ITI Certificate holder in the trade of wireman) in each shift. The shift duty staff shall be engaged round the clock of operation of the system. The attendance Register of all including the shift duty staff shall be maintained in the ACplant and is to be authenticated monthly wise by the officer in charge of Guest house and the same shall be made available there at all times to be authenticated as and when the Assistant Engineer/Assistant Executive Engineer desires . The certificates and attested copy of ID proof of all staffs to be produced before the Agreement authority for the safe custody during the Agreement period. In case of Diploma holder the certificate to be recognized by Board of Technical Examination Kerala or Equivalent there to and in case of ITI holder NCVT certificate. |
