(iii) Contractor shall arrange to attendthe plant for any problems with the laundry through OEM only. (iv) The above Maintenace shall be carried out through M/s Spectrum Laundry Equipment Company or M/s Fabtech Engineering or equivalent company. The requisite agreement in this regard shall be produced to GE. (vi) Replacement of all major/minor defective/spares parts if damaged during AMC period and maintenace items required during AMC period are deemed to be included in the above rate. |
