| 2 | 1) Providing technical advisory/supervisory services by expert engineer(s) of agency for troubleshooting & overhauling of Aerzen blower/compressor installed in PP unit, Paradip Refinery as and when required on normal working days for 8 hours/day. 2) This shall also include sumbmission of detailed overhauling report to the satisfaction of EIC. |

| 4 | Loadging / Boarding & all Travelling Charges shall be in vendor scope. Payment shall be made as per actual (Against submission of the documentary proof).Here Six nos of expert"s visits have been considered for 10 days each.So below points are noticeable: A)In case of travel by Air, charges will be paid as per actual against submission of documentry evidence (boarding pass and flight ticket economy class only with pricing details) but limited to Rs 14683/- Maximum for eachvisit (including to & fro). B)For accommodation, charges shall be paid for Deluxe room against documentry evidence limited to per diem rate of RS 4174.00/- (excluding GST). C)For travelling from bhubaneswar to paradip and vice versa, Taxi charges will be paid against documentry evidence limited to Rs 2682/- (including GST) one side each. (The amount will be limited to awarded value) (6.00 EA x Rs. 72,347.00 = Rs. 4,34,082.00) |
