Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofong cement paintand the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on previously painted wood or steel surface of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coatsincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :(i) Old work (one or more coats) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:(i)One or more coats on old work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10sqm) including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :(i)Old work (one or more coats)
