    Tender For Certification For Inspection, Ultrasonic And Hydraulic Testing Of 12 Nos Certification For Inspection, Ultrasonic And Hydraulic Testing Of 12 Nos Compressed Air Receivers And Their Safety Valves , Supply Of Certification For Inspection, Ultrasonic And Hydraulic Testing Of 12 Nos. Compressed Air Receivers And Their Safety Valves As Per Factory Act 1948 In Form No.13From Authorised Engineer / Inspector And Epoxy Paintingreceivers Including Air Compressors. A. All Compressed Air Receivers Of Capacity Ranging From 300 To 1500 Litre Are To Be Thoroughly Visually Inspected. B. Hydraulic Testing Of All 12 Nos. Of Receivers ( Capacity: 300 L, 6 Nos., Capacity: 500 L, 5 Nos., Capacity: 1500 L, 01 No. ) Are To Be Carried Out. C. Equipments And Material Required For Hydraulic Testing Shall Be Arranged By The Vendor. D. Provision Of Flange Or Valve In The Receivers Enabling To Carry Out Hydraulic Testing Shall Be Arranged By Vendor. E. Ultrasonic Testing Of All 12 Nos. Of Receivers Shall Be Performed To Ensure Wall Thickness Of The Receivers. F. Vendor Shall Provide The Inspection And Testing Certificate In From No. 13 As Per Factory Act, 1948 From Authorised Engineer / Inspector. G. Epoxy Painting Of All 12 Nos. Compressed Air Receiver Including Air Compressors Shall Be Carried Out. Total Painting Area Is Approximate750 Sq. Feet . H. High Quality And Approved Epoxy Paint Shall Be Used As Per Standard Procedure For Painting. Qty.: 01 Job Note: Vendors Shall Be Provided Only Electrical Power And Water Free Of Charges From The Department, Remaining Required Equipments & Material Shall Be Arranged By The Vendor.
