6Providing & fixing in position Galvalume/Zincalume flashings, cappings, ridges, gutters upto 600mm/610mm girth and min 3.00m in length (cold Rolled Steel 550 MPa yeild Stress ASTM A 446 Grade E) with hot-dip metallic coating of aluminium-zinc alloy(AZ 150 galvalume) (150 gms/sqm total of both sides with Al-Zn Composition= 55% & 43.5% resp. & 1.5% Si conforming to ASTM 792/ AS 1397) 0.45 mm base metal thickness and 0.50mm total coated thickness, factory cut at all heights for roof, side & gable cladding complete in all respects with AZ 150 GSM SMP color Coated (20mic exterior coat of Silicon Modified Polyester paint system over 5 mic primer and 5 mic polyester back coat over 5 mic primer) incl. fixing to purlins with no 12x14x55mm mechanically galvanised hex head self drilling screws of the best quality as per AS-3566 class 3-4 approved, which should be compatible to be used with sheets. with integral washers and EPDM seals etc. Silicon sealant non-hardening neutral cure type shall be applied at all end laps, complete as directed.All works complete as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

8Providing & Fixing in position Double Skin roof with Zincalume/ Galvalume colour coated & bare profile sheet with subtle square fluting factory cut at all heights for roof, side & Gable cladding complete in all respect. TOP SHEET-The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action. The feed material should be manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc &1.5% Si) as per AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with quality paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 type 3-4. The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 µm, comprising of nominal 20 µm exterior SMP coat on top surface and nominal 5 µm reverse backer coat on back surface over nominal 5 µm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) should be 0.50mm. Total Painted Thickness (TPT) should be in addition to 0.50mm. The steel sheet shall be fastened with nominal 40 µm zinc coated or nominal 25 µm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of approved make with EPDM washer as per the requirement considering the profile shape and design load. 10Supplying and placing in position armed revolving high back chairs of approved make and colour and BIFMA (The Business & Institutional furniture manufactures association) compliant. The chair shall seatmade up of 1.2(± 0.1 ) cm thick hot pressed plywood seat of size of 51.0cm (W) x 48.0cm (D) , upholstered with fabric or synthetic leather and molded Polyurethane Foam and 1.2 (± 0.1) cm thick hot pressed plywood Back of size 48cm.(W) X 64.5cm.(H)upholstered with replaceable fabric or synthetic leather upholstery covers andmolded Polyurethane Foam.The back ply and foam shall be designed with contour lumber support for comfortable seating posture. The HR polyurethane Foam for seat and back shall be molded with density of 45 ± 2 kg/m3 and hardness load of 16 ± 2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression.The chair shall be provided with molded Polyurethane (P.U.) Armrest mounted onto a drop lift height adjustable type (up to 6.5 ± 0.5cm in 5 steps) chrome plated MS Tubular armrest support with swivel adjustment of 22o on both sides. Front pivot synchro mechanism shall have features of 360° revolving, Single point control, Front pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground ensuring more comfort, Tilt tension adjustment, 4 position locking with anti-shock feature, Seat back tilting ratio of 1:2.. The backrest shall have a fixed type mechanism (i.e. No back up/down adjustment) Pneumatic Height adjustment shall be of 9.0 (± 0.3) cm. 24CALCUIM SILICATE BOARD PLAIN FALSE CEILING Providing and fixing 8mm thick calcuimsilicate board suspended false ceiling false ceilingin horizontal / verticalsurfaces, stepped, cove ( straight & curvature). The calcuim silicate board having density of 850 to 950kg/m3, shall be made from Siliceous & Calcareous material reinforced with fiber,made in Laminar process and then autoclaved to give stable crstalline structure. The framework shall consistofapproved make Galvanised iron (GI)Perimeter Channel of 0.55 mm thickness, two unequal flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding walls / partition by using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centres. Approved make Galvanised iron (GI)Intermediate Channel of 0.9 mm thickness having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and a web of 45 mm shall be suspended from the soffit at 1220 mm centrewith G.I.Cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Galvanised iron (GI)Ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having web of 50.5 mm and flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm shall be fixed to the Intermediate channel with connecting clips across to the Intermediate channel at 457 mm centres.respectively.Calcuim silicate boards of8 mm thickness having taper edge /Square edge shall be screw fixed across the ceiling sections with 25 mm long self drilling & tapping screws having Phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centres.The Board’s joints shall be staggered. Edges of the facing boards shall be jointed and finished so as to have a seamless finish which includes filling and finishing withjointing compound and 48 mm wide self-adhesive fibre tape. Cement primer(Oil/Water based) shall be provided on the entire surface before putty/painting. Necessary cut-outs shall be provided before Jointing and Finishing as per instructions. Perimeter Channel and supporting materials shall be provided to make any opening for AC/light fittings, diffusers etc. and shall be supported properly to maintain the integrity of the ceiling. Marking shallbe provided for Sprinkler, Smoke Detectors etc. on the ceiling and also templates shall be provided and fixed in the ceiling made of 6mm to 18 mm BWR (boiling water proof) Plywood as required. Note :- As laid (board surface area) area shall be measured for billing. All material shall be of approved make. 25600mm X600 mm CALCIUM SILICATEACOUSTICAL TILE FALSE CEILING Providingand fixing 15mm thick densified tengular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles (like Aerolite) of approved texture Spintone/ Cosmos/ Fine Fissured or equivalent of size 595mm x 595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanizing @ 120 grams per square metre. including both side) consisting of main "T" runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.33mm thick (minium) sheet, spaced 1200mm center to center, and cross "T" of size 24x28mm made of 0.33mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to from grid of size on a Perimeter wall angle precoated steel of size 600x600mm, resting on periphery walls/ partitions (24x24x300mm) made of 0.40mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm and laying 15mm thick densified edges calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture light fittings, fixture, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to celing using with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fastners, level clips of size 85x30x0.8mm, spaced at 1200mm center to center along main "T" bottom exposed with 24mm of T-section shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings etc. complete.(As Directed by Engineer in Charge)Note: Only Calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/ opening (cut outs) having are less than 0.30 sqm. 27Inverter DX 4 way Cassette unit Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of INVERTER TYPE 4 way CASSETTE Split A.C. with R-410 / R-32 refrigerant, complete with following component. (Minimum 3 Star) (Preferred Make-Mitubishi / Toshiba / Daikin / LG / Blue Star / Equivalent) Out door Unit should have Inverter Compresser, high efficiency finned tinned condensors. Fins should be with anti corrosive coating with all electrical accessories ready for connection to incoming cable. The entire unit shall be in a weather proof, powder coated body & installed on suitable stand as per location. Unit should be charged with necessary refrigerent gas & oil. The indoor units will be complete in all respect including filter, wireless remote control, aerodynamically balanced blower. The unit should have air filter. 28Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning the pair of Copper Refrigerant Piping (Gas+Liquid) for above DX cassette units. Size and Thickness of copper piping as per manufacturers recommendations. copper piping rate should be including supporting of the piping. The Refrigerant piping shall be completed with Nitrile rubber insulation thickness of 19mm.
29MS Stand for inverter DX split unit Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Oudoor Units Stands for above DX Units fabricated out of Mild Steel (MS) "C" Channel Section of minimum 75mm x 50mm x 5mm thick size complete with minimum 300mm long legs made of the same "C" channel with 8mm thick MS Plate at the bottom of the legs.
