| 1 | Daily cleaning and sweeping by brooming of all open areas including roads, paths and cleaning, sweeping & moping of covered area including dusting floor cleaning, cleaning of all toilet, pantries, glazed tiles, urinal w.c. sheets, sinks, wash basin, floor tiles, fixture, doors, windows i/c ventilators, glass of window, stair case, corridor, verandah, parking and surrounding area by using required material of approved brand such as cleanzo, cleaning powder, phenyl, acid, glass cleaner, nephthalene balls, homocol cube, odonil duster, pocha and liquid soap for washing of all toilets completely with phenyl pocha and use of phenyl for floor of toilets complete of in addition or wherever required, Cleaning of storm water drains by removing floating/stucked material such as polythene, cloths, wood, dead animal, etc. with required T&Pand disposal of garbage/malba/dead animal, etc. from the site after cleaning/sweeping to the nearest municipal dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-chargeand keep the toilets/area neat and clean. |
