The topic such as accident prevention, need for safety, insurance policy coverage, electrical, chemical and mechanical hazards, control measures, personal protective equipments, work at height, hazard due to excavation, construction safety, scaffolding methods etc are covered in the training programme.Trainer should observe/monitor the workers during their work in shifts and training should be given accordingly on regular basis
