The rate also inclusive of chipping the gable end of wall, removal old AC sheet, ,refixing the GI sheets using mortar, patch works etc. complete.The joint between the sheet andwall should be made water proof also. The rate is also inclusive ofscaffolding to any heights and removal and refixing of existing ridge cap to the roof. |

| 7 | Dismantling and re-fixing of the old turbine ventilator which is available as corporation material, above newly replaced roofing sheet. The rate is also inclusive of providing suitable platform or chair/ suitable connections using MS structures for fixing the turbine ventilator. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing PVC valley gutters of 200mm dia with supporting structures and caps fixing to MS structures and painting with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of iron primer for clamps etc. complete. |
