The Bus Bar shall be provided with heat shrunk PVC sleeves & all power terminals shall be stud type with properly shrouding to avoid accidental contact. Neoprene type gasket shall be provided at the doorof the panel. The enclosure of the Panel shall have IP52 degree of protection. 2 Nos earth terminal shall be provided at the Panel frame with extension link for earthing connections. Painting:The under surface shall be prepared by applying a coat of phosphate paint and coat of yellow zinc chromate primer. The under surface shall be made free from all imperfections before undertaking the finishing coat. After preparation of the under surface, the switchboard shall be spray painted with two coats of epoxy based final paint or shall be powder coated. Colour shade of final paint shall be RAL 7032. |
