BOGIE FRAME OF LHB COACHES, as per Drawing: LW03007 ALT.g & MDTS 213 REV.04.Packing instructions for bogie frame of fiat bogie (1)All the machined surfaces shall be applied with suitable rustpreventive which shall prevent it from corrosion & oxidation for a minimum period of one year of storage (2)Thepacking shall be such that all the machined surface shall be properly protected against rubbing/impact/scratcheswith other bogie frames with any mode of transportation i.e. wagon/truck/trailers etc. (3) The item should bepacked in 3 nos. Of bogie frames to be packed in one stack, suitably separating to avoid rubbing and tightenedwith help of rods/ channels using nuts & bolts. The packing shall be such that transit damage if any shall be at thecost of supplier till unloading Note: Bogie Frames to be procured from RCF,ICF and MCF approved sources forsupply of LHB Bogie frames only. [ Warranty Period: 84 Months after the date of delivery]
