Name of Work: Operation and maintenance of 21 MLD CETP (Phase-II) Sector-29-II, U/E Panipat. “Providing consultancy services for preparation and submission of six monthly compliance report of Environment Clearance for 21 MLD CETP, (Phase-II) Sector-29-II (Upto December 2022 & June 2023) and all other works contingent thereto.” (This survey is to be conducted as per condition of EC issued by MoEF).

Preparation & submission of six monthly compliance report of imposed Environment Clearance (EC) complete in all respect.• Submission of 6 monthly compliance report including Environmental monitoring for different parameters as ambient air, ambient noise, source noise, source emission water quality, sewage/effluent quality depending upon project.• Submission of report alongwith CD to Regional Office MoEF & CC and one set to customer.• General guidance on Environmental issue w.r.t. condition imposed in Environmental Clearance as sanitary and Hygienic measures, First aid room, top soil management, muck disposal, provisions for DG sets, hazardous waste handling, water management, solid waste management cell, corporate social responsibility, expenditure on different environment components as per EMP etc. record keeping.• Site visit & data collection by technical team.• Updating customer on environment clearance legislation.• Inputs on specifications and vendor management on pollution control.• Help in replying to any queries by Regional Office North, MoEF & CC.
