2Dismentaling & Removing old lime or cement plaster from the walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris away from the work site inclding cost of labour and equipment required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
3Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris with50m lead etc. Completed as Directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
4Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar above 3 mt height i.e. stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50 mtrs lead and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.
5Dismantling G.C.I. or ACI or A.C. sheet roofing after careful removing the bolts & nut i.e. stacking the materials for reuse & removing the debris from the work site within 50 mtrs lead and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
6Removing old tarfelt from roof, cleaning the surface and lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead away from the work site including cost of labour and equipment required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
7Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and column foundation and pits in Hard soil/ Gravelly soil and depositing materials within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bedas per direction and specification of the EIC including stacking the useful materials separately as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour, sundries, Tools & plants etc. complete.
8Providing and laying coarse sand in foundation and plinth filling with Sand in 9" thick layers of approved quality free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials to proper line and grade, watering and ramming etc. complete with all lead, lifts de-lifts including labour charges with cost, conveyance tax and royality of all material, labour, T&P and other incidental charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
9Cement concrete in proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4 cm size (3/2") clean hard black crusher broken granite metal free from skin & weather skin of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6")thick to the required level, ramming, compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing etc. complete with cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials,cost of labour, T &P and machineries etc. completed with all lead lift and delift if necessary,in all respect to the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
10Cement concrete (1:2:4) with clean hard broken granite chips of 12mm to 20mm size of approved quality and from approved quarry, with centering and shuttering including hoisting , laying, lowering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick to the required level and finishing the exposed surface smooth , providing grooves and beads , watering and curing for three weeks including all labour supplying and working of pumps , T & P and hire and running charges of machineries required for the work etc. completed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials as per thespecification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
11Cement concrete solid block masonry work in Cement Mortar (1:6) in superstructure using Brick of 30 cm x 20 cmx 15 cm size having crushing strength not less than 35 kg per sq. km including splays , cutting, circular moulding , chamfering and cobelling , watering, curing etc. completed as per direction of the E.I.C a) Ground Floor
12R.C.C. work of M-20 grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200 Kg/cm.sq in 15 cm. Cubes at 28 days with IS 456 and 516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size down graded (20mm Not to exceed 25 %) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compaction with mechanical vibrators,watering and curing for 4 weeks, (Including centering, shuttering) and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P, with all lead lift and delifts required for the work etc. complete in all respectwith proper specification for all structural components as mentioned below and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a) Chajja
13Supplying,fitting, and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement as per drawing & Labour for Straightening, cutting, bending Binding, Cranking, Hooking and jointing (if required) HYSD rod (SAIL)and tying the grills, hoisting and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and all taxes of HYSD steel rods and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with cost of labour and T & P required for the work etc.with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge a) Ground Floor
1416mm thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) over brick works with neat cement punning watering and curing and two coats of bitumen painting over top of walls and below the baring of roof slab including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect in all floors.
1512mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints cleaning & finishing the plaster surface smooth including wash and screening the sand free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials by proper sieiving and grade, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and proper grade and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
162.5 cm thick artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) laid to proper slope in two layers bottom layer being 20mm thick with 12 mm size & down graded hard black crusher broken granite stone chips and top layer being 6mm thick with 16 mm down graded hardblack crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including rounding the corners including watering and curing with cost, conveyance of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work with royalties, taxes etc. complete in all floors as directed by the E.I.C.
17Fixing vitrified tiles in floor, steps, treads and landing on 20 cm thick of C.M. (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance of precaste tile with all labour T&P taxes etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C.
18Fixing Vitrified tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick C.P. (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles with rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance of pre cast tile with all labour T&P, taxes etc.
19Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S Door, Window, Ventilator and Grill Gate made up all round angular frame size 35 x 35 x 5 mm , Door and Window angular frame size 25 x 25 x 3/5 mm with 20 gage C.R. Sheet supporting flat size 25 x 8 mm and 18 x 5 mm including fitting of clamp, hinges, tower Blot, aidrops including all cost conveyance tax of materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete. a ) Doors & FG

34Labour charges for fitting, fixing of Profile sheets in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges, valleys, wind ties. Etc. (Data for 9.3 Sqm) completed in all respect with all cost etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
35Supplying fitting, fixing of of MS Pipes, Cost of M.S Tusss, Purlines & Trusses etc. includign all charges, cost, conveyance required for the work etc. completed in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
