Note:(i) BiddershallsubmittheirpriceON-LINE ingiven‘BOQ’ ( in EXCEL spread sheet)format only.(ii) Blank field(s) of uploaded ‘BOQ sheet ‘will construe that the same is/are either not applicable orincluded in quoted price(s).(iii)Quoting of priceany where intechno-commercial part ( Part-I) may lead to rejection of offer.(iv) Bidder shall mention /specify the currency quoted. (v) Price bid shall be evaluated as per FOREX rate given in BOQ ( i selling rate of foreign currency as available on the date of hosting of NIT).(vi) Bidder shall quoteImport duties, Taxes, Levies etc. against the materials as applicable in India including Clearing & Forwarding,Loading, Freight & TransitInsurance charges etc. for safe door-delivery at B&R’s project site.(vii) Bidder may authorize their Indian counterpart/ agency for execution of the ‘Part –B’ & ‘Part –C’ job, as mentioned above.
