CAMC of 04 Nos. EVOLVE X-Ray Baggage Scanner SDX 6040 installed at Taj Mahal, Agra for 12 Months.Description-CAMC of EVOLVE X-Ray Baggage Scanner SDX 6040 a. Labour charges for inspection and Repairing. B. Visit Charges for repairing or replacement of spare parts. C. Under the CAMC, all the parts (including critical parts) will be covered for any faults. D. All break down calls shall be attended for both online and physical visit. E. The Service provider will provide 6 Nos. visits in an year for both user training and preventive maintenance of the machine which will include. (1) Machine Cleanup (2) Check for loose connections if any and fix them. (3) Complete machine checkup and software update if any. (4) Belt Alignment Check, Image quality check, KV MA settings. F. All the Complaints (both online and physical) must be attended and resolved within 72 hours per Month. (Rate Including GST).
