plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed 10 M&L for RCC M-25 Design Mix Concrete in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed 11 M&L for formwork to sides of rough finished concrete surfaces of foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for formwork rough finished surfaces of concrete to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed. 13 Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) surfaces rough finished complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L high strength deformed TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.complete all as specified and directed. 15 All as per item No 14 above but 6mm to 8mm dia 16 M & L High strength deformed TMT steel bars 8mm dia and over as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. 17 S&F steel work with RHS & SHS in trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 4923:(Latest amendment) complete all as specified and directed. 18 S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. 19 S&F for rolled mild steel section plate girder or single stanchions,built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps,bases. splices, angle brackets Fe-290(Gde E-165) fixed verticaly with other members complete all as specified and directed 20 Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched(ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without anyattachment Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. 21 Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 22 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well raming in layers, not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for Granite (of any type) work 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like laid over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. 25 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed 26 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 27 Material and labour laying well burnt old sizebricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
