(c)Carry the proper functioning of microprocessor panel and take the control testquaterly and the report needs to be submitted at the time of RAR. (d)Monthly Checking for proper working of all Ammeters, voltmeters, Hour mtrs, KWH Mtrs and overload relays etc and replacing the same if found unserviceable without any extra cost (e)Monthly Cleaning of electrical panels and chiller machine periodically. (f)Monthly Checking of functioning of water flow switch and interlock in the system. (g)Monthly Checking of all safety and operating controls for proper functioning and replace if the same is defective for proper sequence of operation of the machine (h)All the breakdowns including compressor failure will be attended and the visit shall not be counted in periodical inspection.
