Through surface preparation, Remove the loose rust by wire brushing,The steel substrate to be coated shall be Grinding / Scraping and applying primer and providing, laying, waterproof, food grade anti corrosive and anti rusting poly urea based chemical compound for structure surface having properties shore D Hardness minimum 65, elongation minimum 380% , tensile strength minimum 25 Mpa, impact resistance should fulfil for class 3, chemical resistant C4H, C5H, thickness minimum 2mm, Tear strength min 600 PLI including necessary base preparation, Base coat etc. Cost of Primer by Primer Machines including scaffolding,generator with fuel,compressor and coating equipment etcis deemed to be included in this item cost ,The entire work shall be complete as per specifications & as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Make of Chemical compound - Bullet Liner or equivalent

Removing existing chequered plate ,through surface preparation, Remove the loose rust by wire brushing. The steel substrate to be coated shall be Grinding / Scraping and apply 1 Coat of Epoxy Primer and 2 coat of Epoxy paint and refixingchequered plate at original location complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.Make of Primer/Paint- Asian/Nerolac/Burger/ Shalimar
