1Material and labour for disconnecting electric supply earth & neutral connection and removing the cable & servicing of HT 11KV VCB of current rating upto 400A of any make and type and carry out the followign work:- (a) Cleaning/decarbonizing of all contacts, lever using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, etc. (b) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching mechanism, de-moisturising of all parts. (c) Checking of all operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, tightening of all connections, replaceing the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers. engage the isolator with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning. (d) Heating/drying testing of insulators for desired IR value. (e) Checking ofinternal wiring circuit, including providing insulation by necessary taping, tightening of all connections, replacement of HRC fuse (if any found u/s),measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism associated with the tank or pole should be made including removing moisture deposit. Note:- (i) The cost of replacement of unserviceable nut, bolt with double washers, replacement of complete HT packing/gasket shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) The breaker shall be repaired through authorised service engineer of the manufacturer.
2Material and labour for taking out transformer from its position for repair and servicing /rewinding of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV and including disconnecting electric supply earth & neutral connection and removing the cable / conductor from both LT & HT side & transport to workshop for service / repairs by dismantling the top portion of the transformer draining the transformer oil , dismantling & removing the HT & LT bushes , lifting the HV & LV winding with the help of crane , cleaning the deposited sherrly / mud at bottom of the tank, removing the unserviceable silica gel etc complete & reassemble the transformer with all existing serviceable parts and new parts as ordered, refilling of dehydraded transformer oil, toping up if required& install in its original postion / loc after service / repair & connecting the HT, LT, Earth and neutral connection including testing and commissioning. Note:- 1. The rates are to be included the following:- (a) To and fro transportation charges from the support/location to work shop. (b) Crane, tools, plants and manpower are included in the above quoted rates. (c)Keeping the HV & LV winding with crane in electric oven for 72 Hrs to improve the insulation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) Testing of BDV value of the transformer oil is to be included in the quoted rates. (e) All minor spare parts, nuts, bolts and washer shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The required spare parts HV/LV winding, transformer oil etc shall be meassured and paid separately under the relevant item. 3. Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil and new oil required for toping up of transfarmer will be measured and paid separately.

5Material and labour for repair /servicingto transformer at site of capacity 315 KVA to 400 KVAinstalled on Plinth/ Pole mountedstructure byopening top cover& replacingunserviceable spares / components of transformer ,without lifting core assembely reassemblingafter repair and testing complete as allspecified anddirected. Note:- For Sch "A" item No 1.00 to 5.00 Major spare parts required if anyfor repair shall be measured andpaid separately as supply only under serial item No. 6.00 to 29.00 here-in-after, where as any minor parts/misc. parts i.e. adequate size of Nut, bolts & washers etc those which are not catered in Schand required for smooth functioning of transformer are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
6Material and labour for rewinding of LV side by usingsuper enameled copper winding wire as per relevant IS and orginalgauge,including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vaccum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in Charge. 29Supply and replacing silica gel in crystal form of breather assembly of transformer capacity upto 1200 KVA atinstalled site complete all as specified and directed. Note : for item No 6 to 29 rewinding of transformer HT / LT coils shall be carried from ISO certified 2008 Coy (b) Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil and replacement UNSV spares shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of shedule hower cost of renewal of nuts bolt washers shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoated
30Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of transformer of 50 to 100 KVA , 11/0.433 Volts capacity transformers by scrapping with steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer (painting shall be done by spray machine) including writing of SM No, MES No etc. at prominent place/location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and directed.
31Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of transformer of 160 to 250 KVA , 11/0.433 Volts capacity transformers by scrapping with steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer (painting shall be done by spray machine) including writing of SM No, MES No etc. at prominent place/location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and directed.
32Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of transformer of 315 to 400 KVA , 11/0.433 Volts capacity transformers by scrapping with steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer (painting shall be done by spray machine) including writing of SM No, MES No etc. at prominent place/location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and directed.
33Material and labour for heating, filtration , filtration and dehydration of transformer oil on site at different location with dehydration/ filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 40 KV at 4 mm gap compete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the enitre satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge at his own expenses) complete all as specified and directed.
34Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than2.5 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm by means bolts,nuts,chek nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel and other end connected with to DG set etc as directed including funnel , made of20 mm dia GI Pipe (Med grade) for watering, 40 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for protection ,wire messh charcoal of cold dust and common salt in alternate layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1with 8mm dia cover slab set in CM (1:4) re-enforcement with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work as required complete all as shown in electrical plate No.5 schedule part-I and testing including removing of existing earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
35Supply, laying, jointing connecting in replacement HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 , 11 KV,cross-sectional area 150 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed.
36Material and labour for detecting / tracing the fault of HT cable with the help of fault locator machine wherever is required and disconnecting of jointing kit cutting of damaged cable any size from existig cable in the ground incl excavation & refilling of soil complete all as specified.
37Material and labour for dismantling Air Break Gang Operated SwitchesHT 11 KV 3 Phase,any capacity ( 200/400 ) Amps vertical / horizontal mounted including Insulators and Operating Mechanism for repair/replacement of broken / worn out components and insulators etc. with or without taking down from Pole all as directed. NOTE :- (a)Parts needed to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only" against appropriate Items of Schedule. However Labour component involved in replacement is included inUnit Rate quoated against this Item.The Unit Rate shall deemed to be included for handling of serviceable materialsfor reuse to site andas directed (b)Any minor repairs involved to make the GODfunctional as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out by the Contractor without any extra cost to the Department.
38Supply only of gang operated device (GOD), trpple pole current rating 200 Amps, HT 11 KV vertical, mechanicaly operated mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanisom operated from ground with GI Pipe 25 mm dia (heavy grade) with locking arrangement including jumper connection which suitable size and type ACSR conductor alongwith PVC Pipe covering with colour code between main supply and GOD complete all as specified.
39Supply only of gang operated device (GOD), trpple pole current rating 400 Amps, hT 11 KV vertical, mechanicaly operated mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanisom operated from ground with GI Pipe 25 mm dia (heavy grade) with locking arrangement including jumper connection which suitable size and type ACSR conductor alongwith PVC Pipe covering with colour code between main supply and GOD complete all as specified.
40Supply only Male & Female Contact/ Moving Contact Blade suitable for Air Break Gang Operated Switches, 11 KV, complete all as specified and as directed.
41Supply & Fix in replacement lightining arrester non -liner resister type confirmed to IS3070(Part-III)-1993 complete. Line discharge class-3, nominal discharge current 65 KKA, 12 KV rated system voltage peak value light current impalse of 4/10 micro sec, wave shape 100 KA (peak) assy suitable for 11 KV, long duration discharge class-II with insulation level 28/75 KV and mounted oon hot die galvanised steel structure incl all clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and connecting to earth complete two pole structure all as specified and directed.
