Note: (i) For job mix formula design purpose maximum binder shall be as described i.e. 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen. (ii) No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mixed is more than 5.5%. (iii) During design stage if binder content used less than 5.5% necessary price adjustment on quoted rate shall be done as per actual binder content used. |

| 12 | Supply and fixing in repair of informatory board of size 1.20m x 0.90m made of 2mm thick aluminium sheet with frame of 25mm x 15mm stainless steel rectangular pipe and outer border of 35mm diastainless steel pipe, with marking on both side with retro reflective high intensity sheet 400 micron thick of any colour as directed and pasted with heating process. The letters shall be 75mm to 100mm high of white colour, cut to shape with special plotter and in proper manner. The board shall be fixed with 02 Nos 75mm dia stainless steel pipes of 304 grade, glossy finish with 3mm thick MS plate welded at bottom of pipes and total length of pipe shall be 2850mm (below GL 450mm and above GL 2400mm) board shall be fixed at a hieght of 2400m (top level of board) above GL with welding. The posts shall be embedded and grouted in ground in PCC (1:2:4) B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 450x450x600mm size foundation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unit quoted rate of item shall be deemed to include cost of necessary earthwork and PCC. |
