Tender For Maintenance And Operation Of 01 X 50 Kw Solar Plant Installed At 7 Ar At Bn Hq Ghaspani -Maintenance And Operationof 01 X 50 Kwp Solar Plants Alongwith Its Connected Equipment I.E Control Panels, Battery Banks And Pv Modules Etc In Shifts Of 8 Hours Per Day By Employing Qualified Or Experienced Technician Including Comprehesive Maintenance Of Aa Above Equipment Installed At Solar Distribution Network In Ghaspani Area By Maintaining Attendance Register Of Staff Employee All As Specified And Directed By Engr-In-Charge. Contractor Shall Quote His Rates For Maint And Operation Of 01 Nos Solar Plants At Other Eqpt Maint And Operation Of Plant Areas, Monitoring / Recording Of Plants Energy Product / Distribution Details With Following Terms And Conditions :- ( A ) Contractor Will Produce Character Certificate Issued Py Police Station, Education / Qualification Certificate And Experience Certificate Belonging Minimum 2 Years Of The Staff Employed And Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Any Disciplinary Case Of Staff Employed. ( B ) Necessary Life Insurance Will Be Done As Per Prevailing Rules For Tradesman Employed Through This Job And Original Policy Documents Will Be Produced For Verification And Record Of The Accepting Officer Immediately On After Approval Of Technician. ( C ) All Expenditure For Necessary T&P, Dress, Safety Hardness Eqpt, Communications, Stationery, Insurance Of Tradesman Etc As Per Specified In This Job Are Deemed To Be Included In The Quotes Rate. ( D ) All Payments Of Labours Will Be Done Through Nationalized Banks And Produced The Bank Statement To Department Before Claiming Bills. ( E ) Penalty Chargesif Any Of The Activity Mentioned Above Is Not Performed By This Contractor Than Recovery As Under Will Be Affected :- ( I ) Absent On Duty Of Technician – Rs.1000 Per Shift ( Ii ) Not Cleaning Of Pv Module And Plant Area – Rs.2500.00 Per Plant / Month ( Iii ) Note : The Spares Replaced Under Comprehensive Maintenance Shall Be Measured And Paid Separately. Location Of Solar Plants Are As Under:- ( A ) Bn Hq 7 Arat Ghaspani. 2 Supply, Installing, Testing And Commissioning Of Array Junction Box ( Ajb ) As Per Existing Size / Capacity Complete At As Directed And Specified. 3 Supply, Installing, Testing And Commissioning Of Field Junction Box ( Fjb ) As Per Existing Size / Capacity Complete At As Directed And Specified. 4 Supply, Installing, Testing And Commissioning Of Main Junction Box ( Mjb ) As Per Existing Size / Capacity Complete As Directed And Specified. 5 Supply, Installing, Testing And Commissioning Of Pv Module ( Photo-Voltaic Cell ) As Per Existing Size / Capacity Complete As Directed And Specified. 6 Supply, Installing, Testing And Commissioning Of Pv Circuit Breaker Pc Box Of 250 Amps Capacity Complete As Per Existing Size / Capacity Complete As Directed And Specified. 7 Supply, Installing, Testing And Commissioning Of Dc / Ac Voltage Meter Complete All As Per Existing Size / Capacity Complete As Directed And Specified. 8 Supply, Installing, Testing And Commissioning Of Dc / Ac Ampere Meter Complete All As Per Existing Size / Capacity Complete As Directed And Specified. 9 Supply, Installing, Testing And Commissioning Of Solar Exhaust Fan Complete All As Per Existing Size / Capacity Complete As Directed And Specified. 10 Supply, Installing, Testing And Commissioning Of Solar Dc Cable Of 6.0 Sqmm Complete All As Directed And Specified. 11 Repair & Maint Of Old Existing Inverter Of System Voltage 240 / 360 / 480 Voltas By Inspecting, Repair Of Replacement Of Internal Part Complete Alonwith Dc Wiring Connections, Pbcs, Indicators, Volts & Amp Meters ( Digitel / Alalogue Type ) And Make The Inverter Functional By Connecting To Existing Battery Bank All As Specifiel And Directed 12 Fixing Only Battery Bank Of Suitable Capacity ( 500 / 600 / 1000Ah ) From Store Room To Solar Plant Site And Connecting In Existing System By Taking Down Old Unserviceble Battery Bank From System Complete & Make The Plant Functional In All Respection Including Connection Upto Inverter Complete All As Specified & Direction Note :- The New Baqttery Bank ( 500 / 600 / 1000Ah Will Be Supplied As Schedule B Stores Free For Fixing Only. 13 Old Unsv Any Items & Accessories Taking Out And Deposited To Bn Hq Store Yard Taken On Salvage Register.

1	Maintenance and Operationof 01 x 50 KWP Solar Plants alongwith its connected equipment i.e control panels, battery banks and PV modules etc in shifts of 8 hours per day by employing qualified or experienced technician including comprehesive maintenance of aa above equipment installed at solar distribution network in Ghaspani area by maintaining attendance register of staff employee all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 11	Repair & maint of old existing inverter of system voltage 240/360/480 Voltas by inspecting, repair of replacement of internal part complete alonwith DC wiring connections, PBCs, Indicators, Volts & Amp meters (Digitel/Alalogue type) and make the inverter functional by connecting to existing battery bank all as specifiel and directed
12	Fixing only battery bank of suitable capacity (500/600/1000AH) from store room to solar plant site and connecting in existing system by taking down old unserviceble battery bank from system complete & make the plant functional in all respection including connection upto inverter complete all as specified & direction Note :- The new baqttery bank (500/600/1000AH will be supplied as schedule "B" stores free for fixing only.
13	Old unsv any items & accessories taking out and deposited to Bn HQ store yard taken on salvage register.
