Note: (a) Materials identified for replacement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule as supply only. (b) Contractor shall inspect the site before quoting the tender. (c) The compressor shall be transported to the OEM (Voltas) workshop from MH Bhopal for repairing and again transported to the MH Bhopal from the workshop for installation. The exact location (anywhere in India) of the workshop shall be ascertained by the contractor before quoting. (d) The repair work shall be carried out by the contractor through authorised service agency/OEM. (e) Testing of AC plant shall be carried out in presence of the rep deputed by the Accepting Officer. (f) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all these aspects. |
