8Dismantling of exsiting Uservicable/undersize ACSR or AAC conductors (of any size), jumper from overhead line removing unservisable material from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
9Materials and labour for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor, as in overhead electric line and streching the same between two poles for required span with standared guage & size of ACSR and binding the conductore with pin/shackle insulator and jumper with alunimium binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
10Restringing, tightening of loose/ broken ACSR conductor of any size and type for 3 phase 4wire system or Single phase 2 wire systemmaintaining standard sag including biding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumper with aluminium binding wire not less than 2.00 mm dia for LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed. Note :(a) T&P required shall be arranged by contractor (b) Conductor between two poles shall be measured for each length
11Material and labour for trimming of various sizes of tree branches which are touching / close to LT over head line at various place and clear the LT over head line upto 3.00 metre from conductorcomplete all as specified and directed.(Note: (a) All the safety equipments, cutting materials, ladder etc requirred for the work to be provided by the contractor.(b) The cutting shall be done two times during the contract period on as required basis. (c)Before and after photograph and video recording of the work will be done and kept on record.)
12Dismantling old u/s RCC/Steel poles/struts of any size incl breaking up PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
13Supply and fixing ofsteel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified, type 410 SP-31 (Over all length 09 metres long) conforming to IS-2713. Pole shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer throughout internally and externally up to 1.5 mtr length from bottom andthe remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and numbering the pole with white paint alfa numeric letters on black patch complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be mersured and paid separatly)

59Disconnecting, taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity 63 kVA, 100 kVA, 315kVA and 500 kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, filling of dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-charge. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. Dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid separetely. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coil shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (e) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as approved by the GE. (f) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (g) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded.
60Supply and fixing of porcelain HT bushing vitreous, brown colour, 11 KV grade along with a set of oil seals & copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc. including dismantling existing HT bushing with copper alloy rod and disconnection of electrical connection, of suitable size for primary side (HT side ) of outdoor type 11 KV for 63 kVA upto and including 500 kVA distribution transformer of any make complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-charge.
61Supply and fixing of porcelain LT bushing vitreous, brown colour, 440 V grade along with a set of oil seals & copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc. including dismantling existing LT bushing with copper alloy rod and disconnection of electrical connection, of suitable size for Secondary side (LT side ) of outdoor type 440V for 63 kVA upto and including 500 kVA distribution transformer of any make complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-charge.
62Supply and fixing for replacement of gasket including arresting leakage oftransformer oil by after draining out of transformer oil and refilling after replacement including disconnecting power supply complete all as specified and as directed for distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity upto 500 kVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
63Supply only HT coils made out of super enamelled HT copper, winding wire of transformers all as per munufacture, design & no of turns and guage of wire for transformer having capacity 63 to 500 kVA all as specified and directed. Note :- Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer"s design by Engr-in-charge.
64Supply only and fixing LT coils made out of super enamelled LT copper, winding wire of transformers all as per munufacture, design & no of turns and guage of wire for transformer having capacity 63 to 500 kVA all as specified and directed. 67Materials and labour for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity upto and including 500 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the AGE E/M Vairengte including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) painting with two coats of Duco paint (Grey) paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed .
68Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer/Servo Stablizer oil of transformer at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get the minimum di-electric strength of oil 50 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system and refilling/ topping up /replacement of unserviceable transformer oil conforming IS-335-1993 complete all as specified and as directedby Engr-in-charge. Note: (a)Transformer oil required extra for filling/topping up shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule (b) cost of oil testing shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item and T&P Shall be aranged by contractor.
69Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength notless than 60 kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling/ topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as specified and directed.
70Supply and fixing breather including silica gel, indicating type, 4 to 6 mm standard size of the particle, blue colour for transformer of capacity from 63 to 500 kVA incl removing of old breather complete all as specified and directed.
71Supply and fixing as in repair HT lightening arrestor as in repair, expulsion type with all fittings, transmmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed .
72Materials and labour in repair for replacing danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 11000 Volts, 250 mm X 200 mm complete all as specified and as directedby Engr-in-charge.
73Materials and labour in repair for replacing for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT 1100 Volts, 200 mm X 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed .
74Dismantling of upper cover of servo Voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 KVA after disconnecting all electrical connections for repair, re-winding of R-phase boosting transformer after dismantling defective copper conductor from core and re-wind the same with fresh copper conductor, insulate with "F" class insulator, replacement of worn out parts suitable for 100 KVA servo satablizer cleaning of dust and replacement with new complete wiring with FRLS copper conductor of suitable size in proper layout and tight with tie, and re-assemble the same with core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : (a)New parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items except replacement of old wiring which is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item (b) Oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out oil shall be refilled in the stablizer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. Dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid separetely. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (e) The Servo satblizer shall be tested at workshop at presence of Engr-in-Charge or person detail by Engr-in-Charge/GE also the testing shall be done at site before commissioing of Servo Satblizer. (e) The said Servo stablizer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as approved by GE.
