(B) Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing structureslike Square pipes, Main column,Joint Girder, Base Girder, Middle girder, Top girder, Drive Base Girder, Braces, Spacer, Brace bar,Hander shaft, Hanger pipes, Handfer pipe Armas per approved design and made of thickness as per design drawings with designed HT bolts as per IS 2062,IS 842, IS 4923, IS 800 and painting of these structures and equipment as per Painting specifications of IOCL. (C) Supplying, Installing Motors of approved make with EN grade Gears and Gear box,EN grade Delivery unit components as per design,Guide rail for lifting, HRC treated reliable chain Assembly having minimum hardenss as per design. (D) Pallets with designed thickness and supporting structures with bearings as per design. (E) Supply, laying, glanding and Termination ofElectrical cables from MLCP Main JB to the Motors,sensors, barriers and other electrical equipment as per IS 649, IS 732,IS 9537 and earthing as per IS 3043. (F)Structure stability certificate for 10 years for all the components of electro Mechanized Vertical Rotary Multi level car parking system fromexperts of IIT/Anna university/Government Engineering Institution. (G) Third party inspection, vetting and approval for civil foundation and mechanical structure of MLCP (H)Vetting and approval by experts from any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)/Anna university for Civil foundation and MLCP Structures. (I) Providing sufficient lighting as per NBC norms. (J) Digital display signage boards to be provided at site as per the design. (K)To provide Technical assistance with residential technicians for minimum 3 months after commissioning of project. (L)Developing Quality Assurance plan(QAP) in coordination with TPIA &IOCL andObtaining approvals for Materials and works from TPIA and IOCL asQAP. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working of structures, cleaning and protection of the struture till the handing over of the MLCP for occupation andhaving all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
