However The Payment Shall Be Made On Prorate Basis If A12o3% Is In Between 14-17%Material Below 14% A12o3 By Weight Shall Not Be Accepted. 2) Insoluble Matter Percent By Weight: 0.3% (Max.) 3) Ph Of 5% Solution : 2.8 (Min) +/- 5% Variation Allowed In Quantity And Shall Be Paid Actually.
