Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting ,hosting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat or red lead primer paint in beams joists channels,angles,tees,flats M.S. pipes with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hips and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like. Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and Fixing 0.63 mm thick prepainted steel sheet (TATA)in roofingwith hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP)organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to tack coat of polyster of 5 microns primer coating including fixing with pepainted iron J or L hooks, machine screws bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction and approved brand by Engineer-in- Charge.

Painting 2-coats (excluding priming coat) onnew steel and other metal surfaceswith enamel paint brushing to give and even shade includes cleaning the durfaces of the dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamel white paint.

Providing and laying Polycarbonated transparent roofing shet 2mm thick of approved brand Shivanna & Equivalent as approved by the engineer-in-Charge. In Block A and Block B.

Dismentling of broken or wearout Polycarbonated Sheet on the roof of Mai Dass Sadan BlockA and Block Band without any demage to building and disposal of all unserviceable material to dumping site of Contrator at his own risk and cost and rate should be quoted after adjusting the salvage value of serviceable material.

Providing and laying aluminium foil air bubles insulating sheet 4mm thick of approved quality on roofing before laying and fixing of prepainted steel sheet roofing for heat insulation and noise resistance complete in all respect with all allied accessories to fix as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge and of approved brand.
