Construction Of Kitchen Cum Store ( 101-200 Students ) For Cooked Mid Day Meal Programme Under School Education Department. Govt. Of West Bengal.--- 1 Earthwork in excavation of Foundation trenches in all sorts ofsoil (including mixed soil but excluding stone and moorum soil) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing or pumping out water etc. as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm. below average bed level at the site of excavation and including shoring if required. 2 Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. 3 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(i) Pakur VarietyA) Ground Floor 4 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)(When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m or part thereof)(f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation 5 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m(i) Tor steel/Mild SteelI. SAIL/ TATA/RINLA) Ground Floor 6 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6)(a) In foundation and plinth 7 (b) In superstructure A) Ground Floor 8 25mm thick damp proof with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded aggregated 10mm normal size) and painting the top surface with a coat of bitumen (VG40) using 1.7 kg per sqm including heating the bitumen and cost and carriage of all materials complete. (Bitumen to be supplie by the Agency) 9 125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4)A) Ground Floor 10 Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)(a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation. 11 Supplying, fitting and fixing windows and ventilators with or without integrated grills conforming to IS 1038-1975 and manufactured from rolled steel sections conforming to IS 7452-1974 with non-friction projecting type, box type hinges, glazing clips, lugs locking bracket, handle plate etc, including hoisting in position, straightening if required, fixing lugs in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) with stone chips 20 mm down cutting holes and mending good damages to match with existing surface complete in all respect excluding glazing.(b) Openable steel windows as per IS sizes with side hung shutters and horizotal glazing bars. [The extra rate admissible for the openable portion only]B) Ground Floor 12 M.S intregrated grill as per approved design integrate with steel window or ventilator,joints continuously weided with M.S flats & bar. 13 Supplying best Indian sheet glass panes set in putty and fitted and fixed with nails and putty complete. (In all floors for internal wall & upto 6 m height for external wall)(ii) 3 mm thickA) Ground Floor 14 Extra for fixing glass panes in steel windows. 15 Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be correted upto three dec 16 Z- batten shutters of door & window as per design having longuced and groove-half lap jointd as per dirction of the Enginer-in- charge including fitting & fixing shutter in position but excluding the cost of hinges & other fittings in ground floor, Gamar 17 (a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor.(i) Grill weighing above 10 Kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 Kg./sq. mtr.A) Ground Floor 18 Supplying,fitting & fixing in position approved M.S Clamp for fixing Doors. 40mm x 6mm x125mm long 19 100mm x 50mm x 1.25mm iron butt hinges for doors. 20 100mm long 10mm dia iron socket bolt ofapproved quality fitted and fixed completed for doors. 21 Anodised alluminium grip hande with base plate of approved quality fitted & fixe complete 75mm grip x 25mm dia rod x 50mm platex 3.3mm thick 22 Iron hasp bolt of approved quality fitted & fixe complete(oxidised) with 16mm dia rod with centre bolt and round fitting 25mm long. 23 Precast Placed concrete jally work as per design & manufactures specification including moulding etc. with stone chips & necessary reinfofcement shuttering complete including fitting,fixing in position in all floors 50mm thick panels. 24 construction brick chulla with 1st class brick in the morter(1:2) & 20mm thick (1:2) surki beaten plaster & necessary C.I grating & cheeks ( overall measurement not less than 1 com) 25 Providing waterproofing treatment over concrete roof surface(old or new) by the application of two coats of slurry prepared with latex of approved brand water and cement in proportion of (LP.W Cement-1:4:6) by volume with brush in a time gap of minimum 4(four) hours to 14(forteen) hours between the two laying 20mm thick and sand and cement consolidated plaster(1:4) admixed with plasto crete super of approved brand 0.2% by weight of cement, layingflat 1st class brick bats/briks over the morter keeping a gap of 10-20mm between two bats,filling the vertical joints with the aforesaid mortar providing a second laying of 20mm thick sand & cement plaster (1:4) admixed with plastocrete super as above over the brick layer, he top surface of the treatment should be hequered to provide the sntistrip properly............................................ By 1st class BrickBats (Cement 29.65 kg/m2) 26 supply of UPVC pipes (B TYPE) & fittings conforming yo 1359-1992110mm 27 Bend 87.5 degree110mm 28 Shoe 110mm dia 29 Labou for fitting & fixing UPVC pipes for above ground work including ccost of joining materials etc, fitting & fixing all necessary specials, cutting pipes, cutting holes, in walls or R.C floor where necessary and mending good all amages excluding the cost of msonry of concrete work if necessary but including the cost of masonary or concrete work........ 30 Plastering with sand cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corners, directed and racking out joints roughening concrete surface 20mm thick plastering(6:1) 31 15mm thick plastering(6:1) 32 10mm thick ceiling plaster(4:1) 33 Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary)and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding of corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface & application of cement slury before flooring works using cement @ 1.75kg/sq.m. all complete including all materials & labour. 25mm thick 34 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window 35 Colour washing with ELLA of any shade with a coal of white wash priming including cleaning & smoothening surface throughly.i) Internal surface(all floors) Two coats of colour wash ( on new work only) 36 External surface (ground floor) Two coats of colour wash ( on new work only) 37 Priming one coat on timber , plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. A) Ground Floor 38 Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. A) Ground Floor 39 (A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (a) On steel surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) A) Ground Floor 40 On wooden surface 41 Antitermte treatment to the outside of foundations with chemical emulsion byadmixing chloropyrofoa emulsifiable concentrates (1% concentration) with water by weight including cutting shallow channel by exaving soil along & close tothe wall face ensuring uniform dipersal of the checal emulsion to a depth of 300 mm from the ground level by rodding with 12mm dia M.S rod at 150mm interval in the channel 1.75 litres of chemical emulsion per metre length shall be used & a blance quantity of 0.5 litres of the chemical emulsion per running meter shall then be used to treat the bck fill earth by directing the spray of the emulsion towards in the wall surfaceThe entair work is to be carrie out as per specification laid down in para 4.3.1.1 of code IS-6313 ( Part-III) 1981 42 Antitermte treatment to the soil under floor with chemical emulsion by admixing chloropyrofoa emulsifiable concentrates (1% concentration) with water by weight including cutting shallow channel by exaving soil along & close tothe wall face ensuring uniform dipersal of the checal emulsion to a depth of 300 mm interval to reach the soil belowusing han operated presure pump to squirt chemical emulsion into the holes at the rate of one litreper hole. The holes shall be sealed after operation to match with the existing floor. The entair work is to be carrie out as per specification laid down in para 4.3.1.1 of code IS-6313 ( Part-III) 1981
