5Material and labour for factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm made out of PBI sheet 1.25 mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete including bottom of each chowkhat to be welded with 02 no"s 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle iron projecting 10 cm one either side including one shop coat of red oxide chrome primer and including PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 in back filling of chowkhats and tarring back of chowkhats and holdfasts complete all as specified and as directed.
6Material and labour for factory made pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60 mm made out of PBI sheet 1.25 mm thick for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete including bottom of each chowkhat to be welded with 02 no"s 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle iron projecting 10 cm one either side including one shop coat of red oxide chrome primer and including PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 in back filling of chowkhats and tarring back of chowkhats and holdfasts complete all as specified and as directed.
7Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with printed sheet, reinforced with mild steel square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.
8Supply and fixing 30 mm thick PVC factory made panel door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top and bottom rail, mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC channel and 5 mm thick X 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside style and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10 x 10 mm used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading as in toilet / kitchen cabinet shutters complete all as specified and as directed.
9Supply and fixing 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, both faces are covered with decorative face veener with lipping / frame to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10Supply and fixing 35 mm thick factory made of Ist class hard wood, glazed and skelton shutter open, rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR 2020 Part-I Section 8.24 (b) supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.
11Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinges medium weight 100 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.
12Supply and fixing box type steel windows / Ventilator (factory made) outer frame made out of ERW tube "P" section 65 X 45 X 25 mm and shutter of ERW tube "P" section 50mm X 35mm X 20mm openable (double shutter) with glazed shutter on external side and gauzed shutter on internal side including steel pintel hinges steel handle 100 mm long mild steel tower bolt 02 no"s on each shutter stopper of "Z" section and its locking arrangement and mild steel hook and eyes suitable for fixing cooler / AC window complete all as specified and shown on drawings No CEPZTD-324/07 Sh 1/3 to 3/3. Note: - The quoted rates shall also include: - (i) One shop coat of zinc chromate primer on all exposed surface and one coat of tar on the ends of steel surface in contact with bricks / concrete surface. (ii) 4 no"s MS steel lugs made of 20 X 5 mm iron flat 200 mm long. (iii) 10 mm Sq Bar grill / guard bar design as per drawing. (iv) PCC block for embedding lugs.
13Supply and fixing in repairs 18 / 19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws / nails to timber / steel frame work as in shelves, cup board shutters, book case, writing table stand, shelves etc including fixing of plain fillets square or rectangular of second class hard wood not exceeding 3 Sq.cm in leaping to shutters / shelves compete fixed all as specified and as directed.
14Supply and fixing continuous piano hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised, width of flap 30mm (when open) fixed with welding all as specified and as directed.
15Supply and fixing hasp and staple size 100 mm, alumium anodised, safety type, brass with mild steel hinges pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed.
16Supply and fixing Aluminium handle cast type, anodised size 150mm long, "D" type complete all as specified and as directed.
17Supply and fixing Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts, with bright bolt and fixed 200mm complete all as specified and as directed.
18Supply and fixing 300 mm Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

24Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surface over one coat of pink primer including preparation of new surface over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.
25Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surface all as specified and directed.
26Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

34Material and labour for replacing 15 mm GI fittings of medium grade ISI mark like butt Elbow, socket, nipple, union socket, tee etc complete all as specified and as directed at site.

36Complete removal of vegetations, roots and shrubs from wall and making good the wall with cement, brick work and plastering including all scaffolding up to 4 storey building complete all as specified and as directed.
37Material and labour for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc from tanks complete all as directed at site and writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
38Material and labour for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc from tanks complete all as directed at site and writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
39Dismantling PVC water storage tanks of capacity upto 1000 litres complete all as specified and as directed.
40Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank including plastic lid cover, double layered, cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 litres including making connections, 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gram) complete all as specified and as directed in SSR Part - I.

44Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
45Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers of 10 mm thick and 5 mm thick with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Including all necessary scaffolding, lifiting arrangement for external surfaces).
46Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper to newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
47Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.
48Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Apex paint on old surface of chajjas including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.
49Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper of wall to old plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
50Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.
51Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing unserviceable materials outside MOD area and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
52Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cementto match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
53Description all as per Ser Item No 52.00 here-in-before but as in skirting including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
54Material and labour Vitrified tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
55Material and labour Vitrified tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, as on vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over and including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4)complete all as specified and directed.
56Material and labour Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 450 x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surface as in skirting, dado set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the surface over and including taking down old plaster and 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
57Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc all as specified and directed.
58Material and labour Granite 20 mm thick (Pure black) (tabled rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in colour cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) edges of slab to be rounded from all sides (including cutting, wastage and polishing) complete all as specified and as directed.
59Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
60Removing existing treatment from roof surfaces such as tiling, tarfelt, fungus, moss, dust etc., cleaning the surface of all foreign material by wire brushing and dusting and racking out RCC slab complete all as specified and removing the debris outside defence land all as directed.
61Material and labour for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
62Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm, providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg / Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm / Sqm, having softening point not less than 800 N / Sq cm, tearing strength of 180 N, with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps, laying by application of torch and applying industrial bitumen 85 / 25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm on top surface complete all as specified and directed.
63Dismantling boarding of any description fixed in any position with nail complete all as specified and as directed.
64Supply and fixing for frame work for ceiling with specification as under mentioned: - (i) GI section frame work (Powder coated) for white, pre-premiered, self embossed, reinforced designer board consisting of perimeter wall angle 19mm X 19mm X 0.45mm, cross "Tee" 28.6mm (web) X 24mm flange 0.33mm thick powdered coated main tee 38mm (Web) X 24mm flange 0.33mm thick. Wall angle shall be screwed / fixed to brick wall / partition wall / concrete / RCC with the help of nylon sleeves and screws @ 610 mm centre to centre, then suspending GI main "Tee" in both directions by means of hangers with alignment@ 1220mm centre to centre to soffits. To from grid of 610 X 610mm cross Tee shall be provided @ 610mm centre to centre in both directions and all suitable provisions shall be made for fixing the recessed / surface mounting light fittings if any, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
65Supply and fixing for 4mm thick of size 605 X 605 mm, white pre-premiered, self embossed, reinforced designer board for false ceiling conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336 :1993 fixed / laid / inserted to GI framework at ceiling with screws complete all as specified and directed.
66Dismantling AC / GI corrugation sheet of any type in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.
67Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

83NOTE NO 1: -Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE"s sample room. NOTE NO 2: -All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: -Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
