The Delivery Of Material Shall Be Supplied At Ndmc Store And Sample Of Material Being Supplied Shall Be Approved By The Engineer In Charge.2 ) . The Quoted Rates Shall Be Net, Inclusive Of All Taxes I.E. Cartage, Gst Etc. And Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid On The Quoted Rates In This Account To The Contractor / Supplier. 3 ) . The Material Shall Be Stacked Properly By The Supplier In The Store For Which Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid By The Ndmc. 7 ) . The Supplier Shall Ppc Cement Confirming To Is 1489-2015 ( Part-1 ) Latest From Reputed Manufacturers Of Cement Such As ( Acc, Ultratech, Vikram, Shree Cement, Ambjua, Jaypee Cement, Jk Cement & Wonder Cement ) Dealership / Distributership Has Been Attached Of Technical Qualification During Participating In The Tender Having A Production Capacity Not Less Then One Million Tonnes Per Annum. 8 ) . The Contractor / Supplier Shall Be Responsible For Timely Cartage And Giving Delivery Of The Cement Bags In Sound And Undamaged Condition At Any Ndmc Store New Delhi As Per Direction Of Engineer - In -Charge.
