All Thinned Areas Of Tower ( I.E Supporting Angular / Main Frame ) To Be Cropped And Renewed As Per Sample. Primer To Be Applied On Top Of Bare Metal On Completion Of Chipping / Buffing. ( B ) All Defective Fasteners Of Entire Tower To Be Renewed As Per Sample ( Approx Qty – 200 Nos., Material - Ss ) . On Completion Of Renewal, All Fasteners To Be Tighten As Per Required Torque ( As Per Is - 198 ) . ( C ) Primer ( Epoxy ) To Be Applied On Entire Structure Including Shelter, Eo Camera Adapter And Radar Pedestal Prior Final Full Painting ( First Coat ) . ( D ) On Completion Of Tower Repair, Entire Tower To Be Painted Including Shelter, Eo Camera Adapter And Radar Pedestal Post Primer Application As Per Iso 12944- 5:2018 ( E ) , ( I.E One Coat Of Primary Paint And Two Coats Of Final Paint ) .
