Tender For Re-Installation Of 30 Mtr Height High Masts At Wharf -Supply Of 12 Nos. Foundation Bolts For 30 Mtr Height High Mast Manufactured From Special Steel Along With Nuts, Washers, Anchor Plate And Common Template Etc. Complete 2 Construction Of High Mast Foundation With M 25 Grade Concrete For The High Mast Considering The Safe Soil Bearing Capacity At Site As10 T / Sq.Mtr At 2 Meter Depth With All Materials And Labour 3 Erection Of High Mast Tower With The Help Of Suitable Tools And Plants, Wiring Of Luminaries With All Wiring Materials Like Pvc Insulated Pvc Sheathed Flexible Cable Of Suitable Copper Conductor 3Core Of 1.5 Sq. Mm, Lugs, Mcb And All Labouretc., Complete. High Mast Towers & Light Fittings Will Be Provided By The Department 4 Providing Rcc / Stone Masonry Foundation For The High Mast Control Panel And The Dimension Of The Foundation Is 800 ( W ) X 1000 ( H ) X 400 ( D ) Mm And Gap Between The Pillars Is 350 Mm For Cable Connection To The Control Panel. The Foundation Starts 300Mm Below The Groundafter Making 100Mm Stone Soling And Height Of The Foundation 500Mm Above The High Mast Foundation Level And Curing Etc. And The Panel Should Stand On The Four Stainless Steel Bolts ( 12Mm X 6” ) And Each Bolt With Four Nuts & Washers At 50Mm Height From The Foundation And Complete 5 Providing Gi Pipe Earthing For High Mast & Feeder Pillars Using 40 Mm Dia 2.9 Mm Thick, 2.5 Meter Long Gi Pipe With Gi Funnel With Mesh And Suitable Size Reducer Fixed On The Top Of The Earth Electrode. The Funnel Should Be Enclosed In A Cc Chamber Of 400 X 400 X 400 Mm With A Cast Iron Cover. The Electrode Shall Have Staggered Holes Of 12-Mm Dia And The Electrode Should Be Covered 150 Mm Around With Alternate Layers Of Salt And Charcoal From The Bottom Of The Pipe To The Bottom Of The Cc Chamber The Connection From The Electrode Is To Be Established Through Gi Flats. 4Providing RCC/Stone masonry foundation for the High Mast control Panel and the dimension of the foundation is 800(W) x 1000(H) x 400(D) mm and gap between the pillars is 350 mm for cable connection to the control panel. The foundation starts 300mm below the groundafter making 100mm stone soling and height of the foundation 500mm above the high Mast foundation level and curing etc. and the panel should stand on the four Stainless steel bolts (12mm x 6”)and each bolt with four nuts & washers at 50mm height from the foundation and complete
5Providing GI pipe earthing for High Mast & Feeder Pillars using 40 mm dia 2.9 mm thick, 2.5 meter long GI pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the earth electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400 x 400 x 400 mm with a cast iron cover.
