Watering the grass, border plants, flower plants etc, daily and removal of unwanted weeds, dry leaves in the lawn as directed by the Engineer at site includingall labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, leads andlifts, etc., complete. but excluding cost of water which will be supplied at free of cost at one point.

Trimming of grass using the Electric Lawn mover, cutting the edges evenly, disposingof debris away from the site etc., as directed by the Engineer in chargeincluding all labour charges, Hire charges for lawn mover, all T&P, leads & lifts, etc., complete.(Power Supply will be given by the department at free of cost).

Trimming the Border plants using Scissors to the required shape, size etc as directed by the Engineer at site anddisposing the debris away from the site including labour charges, Hire charges for all T&P, leads & lifts, etc., complete.

Applying pesticides over the lawn and border plants etc as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for T&P such ashand sprayer, safety appliances, leads & lifts,etc., complete.
