| 5 | Providing and constructing Cement Block Masonry in CM 1:8 using solid block size of 40cm x 20cm x 20cm and approved quality for outer wall at all levels including cost of materials, conveyance, charges for labours, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete and as per directed by EIC. |
| 6 | Earth filling with earth brought from outside upto plinth and in flooring, watering, consolidating and levelling to the required depth as per direction including conveyance, cost of materials, loading and loading etc. complete. |
| 7 | Plastering for walls, beams, ceiling etc in CM 1:5 with 9mm thick using M-sand of approved quality including cost of materials, conveyance, charges for labours, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete as per directed by EIC |
| 8 | Painting with plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality two coats over two coats of wall putty applied over a priming coat of cement paint for Inside & Outside walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding , etc. complete. |
