Note: 1) Deck sheeting with minimum 0.60 mm thick Aluminium and design point load of 750 psf. 2) MOC shall be Full Aluminium as per specifications for MS Tanks. 3) MOC of Wetted parts alone shall be with SS 304 L grade for Ethanol Storage Tanks. 4) The job includes supply of all the required accessories like earthing antistatic device, anti rotation device, PVRV and cum Manway on deck (breather valve), Legs, SS Shoes for Legs, Deck Drain System Device with Connections etc. complete in all respect. 5) Minimum 10 years Anti sinking warranty from OEM will be required. The design& QAP for this item shall have to be vetted through any one among the list of TPI enclosed with the Tender and shall be approved by IOCL /Consultant. Additionally, the materials required for this item shall also require Third party inspection / clearance from any agency from the "list attached. The item shall be quoted for considering total responsibility towards design, supply, testing, erection and commissioing of the Aluminium IFR (Erection & commissioning shall be paid separately). |
