Clean Room PUF Paneling partition Work : Supply and Installation of Cleanroom Wall Panels of 50 mm thickness having a 0.5 mm thick PPGI Coated sheet on both side of panel. Infill material will be PUF having density 40±2 kg/m3. Panel colour will be RAL 9002 shade. Agency has to consider required hardware fittings including C profile for finishing PUF panels etc. complete as directed

Supply and fixing in position Aluminium coving for clean room partition of R50 mm with aluminum coving base. Coving should be powder coated which is for floor to wall joints, wall to wall joints, ceiling to wall joints. colour will be RAL 9002 shade or any approved etc. complete as directed

Supply and fixing 3 mm Aluminium Composite Panels of required size for windows, ventilators etc. to obstruct direct light of approved colour with required hardware fittings and alluminum box section (Jindal make) support of size 1\"X2\"(approx. quantity of box section support - 400 Rft.) etc. complete as directed

Supplly and fixing in position 3 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panels partition of approx. size 21\"00\" X 4\"00\" suspended from ceiling with 4\"X2\" aluminum box section framing of Jindal make (approx. qty. 100 R.Ft) and one intermediate vertical support of 4\"X 2\". The partition should carry weight of plastic strips which will be used as partition below this partition. Agency has to consider all required fixtures and fittings to install this partition which is 4\"00\" from ceiling etc. complete as directed (The item is excluding plastic strips)

50 mm thick Clean room doors : Clean RoomScientific Double Leaf Door in sandwich type in G.I Powder Coat Sheet from both Side in RAL 9002 colour with Door Frame in same colour. Including all hardware fittings and door closer etc./ complete as directedSize:- 6\"00\" W x 7\"00\" H(Double Door)

Providing and applying two coats of Sikaguard PU UR (W) polyurethane coating (gray shade/any approved) over one coat of PU primer. Cleaning the surface including roughening the existing vitrified tile for proper bonding. Providing and applying the polyurethane coating chemicals as per the manufacturers specifications and with required time for each coat. Each coat has to apply on different day with proper finish.

Making new door : Breaking existing wall and making new door including placing lintel over the door frame and fixing new teak wooden frame exactly similar to existing and fixing door shutter exactly similar with required hardware fittings and finishing floor with granite etc. complete as directed

Supply and fixing in position PVC strip curtain (Pioneal Polyplast or any equivalent make) of 21\"00\" long size with hanging rail and required hardware fittings and fixtures. The approx. height is 8\"6\", width of PVC strips should be 200 mm and thickness 2 mm. etc. complete as directed

Providing and cutting Cut-outs in PUF panels for electrical sockets or other purpose as per reequirement in required size and finishing the same etc. complete as directed

Providing and applying two coats of Oil base luster paint Asian make / ICI Dulux or any approved make over the existing paint including scraping with polish paper and one coat of primer (putty if required) to ceiling and walls etc. complete as directed
