| 6 | Monthly Charges for rendering services which includes a) Maintenance of all the gardens in IOCL Residential Colony,Sanaganer including lawn, flower beds, hedges, shrubs other plants rockery, seasonal flowers, pond, mount etc. and maintaining seasonal flowers, shrubs &tree saplings etc. by watering, hosing, cutting hedge etc. required asper direction of EIC including all tools and tackles etc ,(b)Maintenance of trees and shrubs by watering, hosing, spreading manure, insecticides etc. including trimming of proper shape and size asper direction with all tools & tackles, plants etc. all complete.(c) Maint. of Big trees by trimming branches of proper shape as per direction with all tools & tackles all complete including collection of the same manually and lift & disposal of garbage within a lead of 1 Km or as directed by engineer-in-charge.(d) Maintenance of potted plants by hosing, watering, trimming, stacking, spreading insecticides, transferring plants from one pot to another or from ground with all tools and tackles, plants etc. complete.(e) Transportation/shifting of various materials such as potted plant sand other Materials as per direction from one place to another upto alead of 1 Km including loading and unloading etc. all complete.(f) Re-development of old gardens by removing old lawns, hosing, weeding, removing debris, spreading earth manure insecticides, leveling, planting any lawns, flower beds, hedge shrubs etc. and watering as maybe directed, dressing lawns with mover complete with all materials, tools & tackles etc. complete . (g) Maintenance of all types of hedges by cutting with scissors upto required cleaning etc. complete with all tools complete. Maintenance of hedge includes uniform, cutting of hedge, height & thickness as directed including all the leaves and cut material of hedge shall be cleaned and disposed off in nearby garbage pits. The items include all labors, tools and plants etc. complete.(h) Development of new garden with lawns flower beds, hedges, shrubs etc. all as per direction by digging upto depth of 0.50 M cleaning grass deweeding removing debris to a load of 1 Km, spreading earth mixing manure insecticides, levelling planting lawns, shrubs hedge flower beds etc. complete with all Materials tools and tackles plants etc. as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.(i) Tentative area in which lawn/ plants etc. is to be maintained on daily basis and new grass / plants are to be planted is around 5000 Sqm and where only grass is to be maintained on weekly basis is around 5000 Sqm. (j) Payment for supply for plants, hedges, grass, earth, fertilizers, insecticides, earth pots etc will be paid separately as per other items mentioned in SOR. k)Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn/ Garden area and keep it neat & clean by mechanized method/ manually, removimg litter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin/ designated place, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.l)Cutting of hedge/ edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/ edge, bed watering, manuring and applying insecticides and fungicides etc. (excluding the cost of all materials) complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Unit "SQM" shall mean "PER SQM PER MONTH".] Note: Completion of job requires approximately 416 manhours (2 persons on daily basis) in a month. " (The rate for this item is fixed) |

| 22 | Providing and fixing of TUFLEX Garden Fencing Hexagonal Net or approved equivalent of green colour (Weight 510 (+/-8%) grams/SQ.M) in width of 60 cm with bamboo of 90 cm length. The bamboo should be painted with green colour paint of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and fixed 30 cm below ground level and 60 cm above ground level at a distance of 1.50 metres. The net and bamboo should be binded with 2 mm G.I. wire at three places properly as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 23 | Constructing half brick circular tree guard with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0, internal diameter 1.25 metre and height 1.2 metre above ground and 0.20 metre below ground, bottom two courses laid dry and top three courses in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) and the intermediate courses being in dry honey comb masonry as per design complete. |
| 24 | Providing and fixing M.S. tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 metre above ground level and 0.40 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of 4 Nos angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.6 m long, one at each corner and 8 Nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long. The vertical mambers shall be welded to 4 Nos. 25x6 mm M.S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered IOCL or any other approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect. |
