| 39 | M&L for preparation of existing concrete surfaces and applying 5 mm thick epoxy polyurethane system including cleaning of surface from dust, dirt, moisture & all foreign materials from the floor.All floors to be cleared by means of scrubber.Acid itching shall be done to the floor followed by alkaline wash & then the surface shall be cleaned by potable water wash.After that the floor shall be cleaned by using solvent/degrease cleaner to remove residues for floor cleaning all mechanized equipment shall be used like scrubber, sanders, hot blowers, vaccum cleaners, moisture test machine complete all as specified. |
| 40 | M&L for applying primer of two component, solvent-free, epoxy-polymido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 2:1.Mixing resin and hardener by weight shall not be allowed.The primer shall be applied @ coverage of 5 Sqm per litre, yielding a DFT of 200 microns. |

| 42 | M&L for applying EPU based self levelling top coat.The top coat shall be of EPU type where urethane linkages are infused in to epoxy matrix, so as to enhance wear resistance, flexibility and impact resistance.EPU top coat shall have a columetric ratio of mixing of (2:1).No filler or aggregates are added in the topcoat at the site, as the addition of fillers will reduce the flexibility.It should yield a thickness of 1000 microns.The volumetric mixing ratio will be (2:1).The compressive strength of the top coat shall be in the range of 60-70 MPa, Tensile strength will be 15-20 MPa, Elongation in the range of 45-50% and flexural strength in the range of 40-50 MPa.Top coat wear resistance (weight loss)/ Abraission Resistance<37 mg. |

| 46 | Reveting of galavanised sheets in roof and wall with rivets suitable for sheets as per existing pattern by drilling holes in structural members and rutting, chamfering, filling walls properly in the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.NOTE FOR ITEM NO.1 TO 46 : The work shall be carried out in HANGERS of Appx ht 40 feet and quoted rates shall be included for the following provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on these accounts:(a) Arrangement of crane, lifter, safety precaution, scafolding,clamping hook, life jacket and rope manila etc complete requird at site. (b) Contractor will provide Ambulance/First Aid Box reqd during Hanger work.(iii) Activity in Hanger will be completed within 12 hrs time frame . |
