Operating Procedures: - The system will consist of electronically controlled precision actuators for automatic operation of chlorine (Cl2) gas cylinder valve in case of an emergency. The system shall be compatible with existing chlorine gas leak detectors installed at site and shall automatically operate the chlorine (Cl2) cylinder valve through the output signal from the leak detector in case of chlorine (Cl2) gas leakage. Technical Specification: - I. Performance Requirements: - 1. Installation on existing chlorine (Cl2) gas cylinders 2. Attached to valve body 3. “Clamp on system” allowing the actuator attachment and detachment from the valve body in seconds 4. Adjustable torque to fit any specific regulations and requirements 5.
