4Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared..
5Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

17New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).
18Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
19Two or more coats on new work.
20Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.
21Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
22Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved
23Supplying and fixing 32 mm diaanchor bolts of EN8 material (unalloyed medium carbon steel) with the top 150mm dia galvanised portionalong with75 x 75 x 6 mm GI square washers threadedat the top and bottom in proper position and alignment and securing with G.I wire etc. in Tower Stem concrete using template, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..
24Erection of four legged ground based angular light weight communication tower of 40 m height ( Approximate weight of 8500.00 Kgs )using availableM.S hot dipped galvanised sections , including sorting, lifting, assembling, fitting and fixing up all tower members in position true to alignment , includinghoisting and bolting with necessary bolts, nuts and washers , fixing of ladder, working platform, cable guide rack, pipes and for lightningarrestor at required level all complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge , including providingnecessary safety precautionstoprotect human lives andstructures nearbyduring the course of erection , insurance coverage tolabourersand including all tools, plants , equipments , machinery required for works as per relevant I.S codes and specification, including offering A/T all charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
25Painting of 40M Tower (Approximate weight of Tower is 8500.00 Kgs ) with LUXOL High gloss synthetic enamel paint or equivalent in two or more coats over and including a base coats of etching primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent) and BISON HB Zinc Phosphate primer or equivalent to required shade with the colours of White and International Orange bands alternatively as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The Rate is inclusive of cleaning the surface of the structural members free of all rust, scales, grease and dirt, safety arrangements, lifting of painting materials to the required height upto 40 m from the base of the tower and Insurance coverage to labour and Materials )
26Supplying andfixing high tensile strength fastenersof grade 5.6consisting ofgalvanised iron nuts, washers and spring washers of varying sizes at appropriate locations as directed by the Engineer in charge.
27Transportation of 40 m towermaterials(Gopalpur Type) from BSNL store yard at K.Pudur , Maduraito the tower site atVEDARANYAM SUPPORT , including loading and unloadingcomplete.
28Extra for Fabrication of G.I tower materials consisiting ofGusset plates channels ,cleats, corner angles, flats etc for re-punching , enlargement of holes matching the members , to enable, proper fitting and assembling of tower membersat the designatedlocations ,by means of Gaswelding plantoffsite, including transportation costfrom the site to the workshop and back , all complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.
29Providing ring earth by running G.I flat of size 50 x3 mm alround the tower at a minimum of 1.00 metre away from thetower base in ground for a width of 30 cmand a depth of 0.90 metres from the ground level including required excavation Each tower legs are to be connected to the ring earth by means of G.I flat of size 50 x 3 mm below the groundlevel. All connections are to be made with 10 mm dia G.I bolts and nuts, with a lead strip of 1.00 mm thickness in between for proper surface contact. Both ends of the G.I flat shall be brought to ground level and terminatedall complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
30Providing and fixing G.I strips of 50 x3 mm sizes of approved quality , one end connected to the bottom of lightning arrestor and the other end connected to the ring earth / plate earth with 2 Nos of 10mm dia G.I bolts and nuts at every connection . The G.I strip shall be clamped to the tower at uniform intervals at 1.50musing necessary Porcelain insulator clamps with bolts and nuts , to avoid direct contact with toweras directed by the Engineer in charge.
31Providing and fixing spike type lightning arrestormade of 16 dia solidCopper Rod ofrequired length with necessary fixtures at the top of the tower. The spike shall be insulated by Teflon material and connected to G.I Plate / Ring Earth by insulated 70 sqmm multistrand Copper Wire / G.I strip with proper lugging arrangement as directed by the Engineer in charge. ( The cost ofGI strip shall be paid separately.)
32Supplying and fixing LED aviation obstruction lamp of insta power/ GELTRONIX/ MICROTECH or equivalentof approved make as per ICAO norms with light dependent resistance sensor(Day light automatic timer) with necessary power cable , switch including fixtures all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
33Single dome low intensity flashing Red obstacle lighting syatem -Type Bmounted at 40 metres height.
