1M&L for repairs rectification / comprehensive maintenance replacement of faulty service parts of complete fire alarm system installed in HQ WAC BLDG & OPS ROOM AREAall as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- ALL DEFECTIVE PART WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO REPLACE SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPERATELY UNDER RESPECTIVE ITEMS AS SUPPLY ONLY (a) FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL : The functions of controls panel and indicating equipmentwill be checked by the operation of a trigger device in each zone. All fault indicator and their circuits will be checked by stimulation of fault conditions of any type fie alarm panel. (b) HEAT DETECTOR : Heat detectors will be tested by aim a heat lamp, blow-dryer, or heat gun at the heat detector. The detector alarms should sound within three or four seconds after apply the heat source. (c) SMOKE DETECTOR : Smoke detector will be cleaned periodically so as to remove dust or dirt that accumulates on them due to local ambient conditions at least each detector is cleaned once in month. Smokedetectors will be tested by apply a small spray of smoke detector test aerosol. The detector alarms should sound within three or four seconds after apply the heat source. (d) MANUAL CALL POINT HOOTERS : All manual call points will be operated once a monthly by removing glass or by actual breaking of glass so as to ensure that system is capable of operation under alarm conditions and all hooters give proper sound (e) RESPONSE INDICATORS : All detectors which are placed in side a cabin of room will be tested by initiating the particular detector so as to ensure the proper working of response indicator (f) WIRING & CABLES : A visual inspection will be made so that structure or occupancy changes does not damage cables and sitting of trigger devices (manual call points smoke detector and heat detector. (g) MONTHLY LOG SHEET WILL BE MAINTAINED FOR MONTHLY INSPECTION AND TESTING : Monthly inspection and testing will be done in the monthly maintained log sheet. Log sheet will be produced to the Engineer-in-charge duly complted on Ist day of every month. NOTE :- (a) Replacement of parts will be measured and paid seperately. (b) If service is not carried out by the contractor on due date Rs 1000.00 per day for each service recovery will be made. (c) Contractor will provide One Technician and One helper from 0900 to 1700 hrs in all working days for day to day services.(d)The maint shall be carried out through manufacturer representative or his authorised rep. (e) Attendance register shall be measured by the contractor.
2Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Intelligent Analog Addressable MuliticriteriaType Detector Complete with Dual LED, Hard Addressable Having rotary decade Address swicthes from 01-99, complete with Mounting Base Complete as required Conforming to BS 5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/LPCB//UL complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
3Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of fault isolator with base with termination preferably after every 20–30 devices and shall be able to isolate electrical short circuit in the wiring etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Intelligent Analog Addressable Type Manual Call Point having Surface or flush mounting Option fully complaint to EN54 having Rotary Decade Swicthes for Addressing from 01-99 complete with Back Box for Mounting Complete as required conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/LPCB/VDS/UL/BSA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Response Indicators for getting fire indications of detectors installed above false ceiling area interconnecting to loop cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Intelligent Analog Addressable Type Control/Output Modules having option of RAIL or Surface Mounting with Tri Colour LED status Indicator with Built in Short Circuit Isolators having Visible Rotary Decade Address Swicthes from 01-99, for initiating Hooter/Sounder/Strobes etc dully approved to GEA GE1-082conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/LPCB/VDS/UL/BSA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Intelligent Analog Addressable Type Monitor Modules having option of RAIL or Surface Mounting with Tri Colour LED status Indicator with Built in Short Circuit Isolators having Visible Rotary Decade Address Swicthes from 01-99 dully approved to GEA GE1-082 conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/LPCB/VDS/UL/BSA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Analog Addressable type Active/ Passive Repeater Fire Alarm panel with Backlit LCD Display, having Controls For Reset, Mute, Accept , Silence alarms and Self Test Conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/LPCB/VDS/UL/BSA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Addressable Type Loop Powered Hooter Cum Strobe complete with Mounting Base as required conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/LPCB/VDS/UL/BSA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of 5 Loop Micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant loop, required loop networkable type (each loop accessing maximum 99 detectors and 99 modules ) fire alarm/detection control panel. The panel shall be able to give location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFFrespective control module when ever any alarm is triggered. The panel shall have rectifier, Loop cards, 80 character L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output, external/inbuilt printer to log all fire or fault events complete in all respects.The Panel Shallbe Sheet Steel Painted, selaed to IP30. The Panel Shall have 20 Zones with Individual LEd Indicators, expandable to 80 LED Indicators. The Panel Shall have 3 Serial Ports. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger along with maintenance free 24 AH, 2 x 12 volt SMF Lead acid batteries capable of running for a minimum of 24 hours with battery charger complete as required.and as per specifications. conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/LPCB/VDS/UL/BSA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11Supply & fix in replacement of4"x4" MS junction box for detector mounting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
12Supply & fix in replacement ofbattery maintenance free 12 volt 24 AH complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
13Supply & fix in replacement ofbattery maintenance free 6 volt 7 AH complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
14Supply & fix in replacementofzone card for fire alarm panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
15Supplying, drawing, connecting, testing & commissioning in replacement of 2core, 1.5 sq. mm. stranded copper conductor, pvc insulated PVC sheathed,aluminium myler tape shielded FRLS wire in existing conduit (For Fire Detection & Alarm System)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Supply and laying in position in replacement of thesizes of 25/20mm Dia PVC. conduits including providing all accessories (For Fire Detection)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17S & F in replacement of Loop driver card suitable for fire alarm/detection control panel
18S & F in replacement of RS 485 Communication module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19S & F in replacement of Internal Printer Module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20S & F in replacement of Modbus TCP/IP interface module. Requires an RS485 card to be fitted in the control panel & MI-RJ-45 Cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Disconnecting the Bus bar chamber from the existing base by disconnecting cable off size complete all as specified and directed.
22Supply and Installation in replacement of bus bar chamber 600mm wide and 600mm long 200mm depth and fixing of bus bar copper 4 strip 400 Amps rating on porcelain insulators inside the chamber, Bus bar chamber shall be made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet with angle iron frame made out of angle iron of size 45x45x6mm thick duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint inside and out side including fixing of bus bar chamber on PCC platform out door type including welding works grouting on floor with bolts, nuts and washers etc with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
23M & L for Charges for attending and rectifying the Door sensor minor complaints (control panels, motor and all electrical complaints) as and when required for smooth operation of Door sensor as when required to be replace unsv spare parts after replacement testing shall be carried out as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately
