Vendor Shall Provide Complete List Of Mandatory Spares Along With The Technical Offer And Its Price Break Up Along With The Price Bid. , Supervision Cost For Erection, Installation Commissioning & Training Of 2 Nos. Of Complete Pump Assembly Vide Tag No. 702-P-04 A / B Note: 1. The Quoted Per-Diem Rate For Supervision During Erection, Installation And Commissioning Of The Pump Packages Shall Be Inclusive Of All Expenses Including To & Frotravel, Lodging & Fooding , Local Conveyance Etc Charges Cum Any Other Incidental Charges. 2. The Quoted Basic Per-Diem Rate Is Exclusive Of Gst Which Shall Be Payable Extra As Applicable As Per Norms. 3. The Per Diem Rates Shall Apply From The Date The Supervisory Personnel Reach Site And Up To The Day They Leave Site. No Payment Shall Be Made For The Transit / Traveling Period. 4. Payment For Supervision Services Rendered At Site Shall Be Reimbursed As Per Number Of Actual Man-Days Consumed At Site Irrespective Of Total Man-Days Mentioned In The Order. 5. Vendors Supervisory Personnel Shall Observe / Abide By Site Working Conditions Prevailing In The Existing Refinery, Safety Codes And Indian Laws. Vendor To Arrange & Comply Wearing Ifr Suit, Safety Shoes And Other Safety Requirements While Supervising Pump Installation At Barauni Refinery Site. => Limited

3	Supply of mandatory spares (as applicable to the proposed design of equipment) for centrifugal pump (Tag no-702-P-04 A/B)as per list mentioned in tender document (Technical) for two years operation of pump and motor and also joint inspection of mandatory spares at Barauni Refinery site after delivery of material. Vendor shall provide complete list of mandatory spares along with the technical offer and its price break up along with the price bid.
4	Supervision cost for erection, installation commissioning & training of 2 nos. of complete pump assembly vide TAG No. 702-P-04 A/B Note: 1. The quoted Per-diem rate for supervision during erection, installation and commissioning of the Pump packages shall be inclusive of all expenses including to & froTravel, lodging & fooding , local conveyance etc charges cum any other incidental charges. 2. The quoted basic Per-diem rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable extra as applicable as per norms. 3. The per diem rates shall apply from the date the supervisory personnel reach site and up to the day they leave site. No payment shall be made for the transit/ traveling period. 4. Payment for supervision services rendered at site shall be reimbursed as per number of actual man-days consumed at site irrespective of total man-days mentioned in the order. 5.
