Make: Bluestar /Daikin/Carrier NOTE:- (i) The false ceiling along with accessories required to be removed during the erection of ducts/AC units shall be repaired/replaced to existing shape or as per site requirement and as directed by EIC. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost. (ii)The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. (iii)If required capacity not available, the next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (iv)Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of the work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. |
