Dismantling G.C.I. and A.C. Sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 0.5mm TCT (TATA blue scope/Zindal) sheet, 550Mpa yield strength mix anticorrosive steel with plain formed ridges, gutters, flashing etc.(as same materials as above) having total girth upto 600mm and standard length of 6000mm as required and quoted with hot dip zinc alloy of 120 gms per sqm mass of coating (totalboth sides)as per IS 277 and finished with polyster coating (EPG 10) of 18-20 microns in approved colour over primer coat of 5 microns on top and 5-7 microns of service coat in grey colour over primer on back, having KLT CRIL HISPAN profile of overall width of 1100 mm and laid width of 1043 mm, with five crests of 35+1mm spaced at 250+2 mm centers and with three small corrugations of 8mm depth continously spread over 55mm widtheach valley of the sheet on steelstructures complete with necesssary self drilling and self trapping screws/bolts and nuts, neoprine and limplet washers with 150mm end laps wherever required. The rate shall include all costs towards materialstransport, storage, handling, liftinig , positioning, fixing and all labour. Measurementshall be made on \"as laid\" area . Sheets shall be supported with coil manufacture\"stest certificate for strength.

C.B Brick (23x11x8cm) size having crushing strength not less than 35kg/ cm2 with cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC

12mm thick plaster (1:6) for repair work over brick work including cost all materials, labour, royalty, taxes and duties etc. as per direction of EIC.
